How You Stand Out: Education & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brand). Skills: • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.). • Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite). • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred). • Strong writing and editing skills. • Analytical mindset to track and improve engagement metrics. Traits: • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. • Enthusiastic about engaging with audiences and representing our brand values Your Role In Action: Content Creation & Scheduling: • Develop and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube that highlight our services, culture, and industry expertise. • Create eye-catching visuals and captions aligned with our brand voice. Engagement: • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. • Build relationships with followers and foster a positive online community. Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor engagement metrics and track the performance of campaigns. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies. Collaboration: • Work with leadership and team members to align social media content with company goals. • Brainstorm and implement innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
