Healthcare Advisor - Contract Position

CWH Advisors is seeking part-time contract Advisors to support current and future client work. Our Advisors are involved in a wide range of activities - from the project management of our client engagements, to researching the latest health technology market disruptors, to offering subject matter expertise, to being an integral member of the delivery team. We have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated professionals to join our team as Healthcare Advisors. What You will Do The Advisor role will evolve based on the firm and client’s needs. However, the following are representative areas of responsibility where we expect each team member to have competencies: • Experience in home health, value-based healthcare, and/or payor revenue cycle management. (e.g., launch management, business development tracking, competitive intelligence dashboards, etc.). • Project Management - support engagement activities under the direction of the project manager • Client Engagements - support strategic client engagements, including research; data acquisition; analytics; PowerPoint document creation and storytelling; market assessments; forecast development; etc. • Business Development - support for business development activities, including company/product research, proposal development, methodology creation, etc. About You You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals while producing quality outcomes. You take pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required. In addition to possessing the ability to live our core values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – Business, Communications, Healthcare Informatics etc. • 3+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare technology or services company. • Proven expert competency with Microsoft Office suite, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Hungry, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to operate independently (with frequent check-ins and mentoring). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Yes, you’ll travel – but it’s generally quite limited, and much of our work is conducted remotely.
