As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving their inquiries and issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.
  • Provide detailed information about DoorDash products and services.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Experience

  • No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
