Will be expected to report to Montvale office as needed. Open to remote US candidates so long as they can work EST business hours.) Duties: Content Enablement Team Member / responsible for working with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze and process data to ensure contextualized guidance is delivered timely and accurately to the end-user Collect and analyze data using rules-based criteria, and communicate exception to relevant stakeholders Perform data validations between multiple sources and update data, as needed, using macro-enabled MS Excel files Maintain detail tracker of content throughout the delivery process, from receipt to end-user Planning and coordination of content delivery with multiple stakeholders Prepare content reports for use by end-users. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate findings in a simple and understandable way Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Preference for candidates with accounting and/or auditing background, but not required .
