Job Description

An Operations Support Agent is responsible for reviewing documents, identifying key details and ensuring these documents are correctly uploaded to client accounts. This role is an entry-point position that will allow you a foot-in-the-door to a #1 Best Place to Work. Shift Details: Monday-Friday / 7:30am-4:00pm CST Starting Pay: $14.35/hour What You'll Do: Review physical and electronic documents received on behalf of clients and creditors Perform necessary actions such as scanning documents, updating client information, or submitting customer service requests Fast-paced data entry using company database and other systems Exercise discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of significance Work various work streams throughout the day Collaborate with multiple departments to keep client information up to date and correct Follow protocol to ensure the protection of sensitive client information Qualifications Experience with computers and with the Microsoft product line (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, etc) Ability to multi-task and produce quality work Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working in a remote (work from home) setting preferred Previous customer service experience setting preferred Additional InformationAchieve well-being with: Hybrid and remote work opportunities 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA Competitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer days Access to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, Virgin Pulse, Ginger Health Coaching, and fitness discounts Up to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expenses Pet insurance for your furry family members Financial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care Fund A safe place to connect with other employees through our six employee resource groups Attention Agencies & Search Firms: We do not accept unsolicited candidate resumes or profiles.
