Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal part-time role, you will be responsible for: • Delivering engaging virtual and hands-on training sessions focused on occupant protection safety, utilizing our comprehensive curriculum and training resources. • Encouraging participant engagement and evaluating the effectiveness of each educational session. • Representing our organization during both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring proper management of supporting materials and records. • Participating in evaluations of courses and trainers to help enhance our educational offerings. Required Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess: • Certification as a U.S.-certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). • A thorough understanding of child passenger safety, occupant protection systems, crash dynamics, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). • Experience working with underserved communities. • The ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences. • Strong leadership qualities and professionalism.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates who: • Are U.S.-certified CPST instructors. • Have a background in child passenger safety education.
