Job Description

As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you will be the frontline representative for Amazon, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Amazon’s products and services. You will act as a key point of contact for our customers, working to enhance their overall experience with the company.
