Duties Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate with property management teams to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant guidelines. Maintain organized records of all analyses, reports, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
