Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in remote work opportunities. We connect talented individuals with top-tier companies across the globe. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage key operational tasks across our eBay account, inventory procurement, and general business functions. The role includes maintaining our eBay account's Top Rated status, coordinating inventory shipments from sellers, managing financial records, and ensuring seamless communication with our contractors and team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, logistics, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor eBay Account Health:
  • Ensure the eBay account maintains top-rated seller status by regularly monitoring performance metrics
  • Track key metrics such as item-not-as-described returns, item-not-received cases, and overall account health
  • Feedback & Customer Support Management:
  • Monitor customer feedback and address any issues quickly and professionally
  • Contact eBay customer support to remove negative feedback that qualifies for removal
  • Inventory Purchasing Management:
  • Purchase and send shipping labels to sellers to ship inventory
  • Finalize inventory purchases from sellers, ensuring professional and excellent written English communication.
  • Maintain and update the inventory sheet to reflect accurate stock levels and ensure all inventory is accounted for
  • Warehouse Supply Management:
  • Place orders for supplies the warehouse needs to support daily operations and inventory management
  • Financial & Payroll Coordination:
  • Maintain communication with the bookkeeping agency to ensure financial records are updated and accurate
  • Process team payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees and contractors
  • Contractor & Team Communication:
  • Manage communication with contractors, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time
  • Facilitate coordination between the internal team and external partners as necessary
  • Reporting & Progress Tracking:
  • Provide reports summarizing progress toward operational goals, including eBay account health, inventory status, shipping, and financial performance
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Handle any additional tasks required for the smooth operation, including special projects or assisting with website operations

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing eBay seller accounts, including maintaining high performance standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, shipping logistics, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with contractors, sellers, and the internal team
  • Ability to provide timely and accurate reports and updates
