Full Time Remote Sales Center Agent

Job Title: Sales Center Sales Agent Who We Are Looking For: Reporting to the Sales Center Manager, the Service Center Agent’s primary functions will be to address customer inquiries regarding unit and truck availability, completion of rentals and additional sales focused tasks like contacting leads and follow ups. We do this through the daily practice of our core values. • Checking in daily and communicating with supervisor to receive daily assignments • Answering inbound calls and Video Chats from both current and future customers; respond to web chats and texts • For future customers, understand their storage needs and make recommendations for applicable storage unit; cross selling products...
