Key Responsibilities • Efficiently enter and update information from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and spreadsheets, into our company databases and management systems. • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and verifying entries, conducting regular data audits to ensure integrity. • Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all data entry activities, and prepare reports to facilitate team access to necessary information. • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to gather and input essential information for ongoing projects. • Process and track various forms such as purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation, ensuring all critical details are captured accurately. • Utilize data management tools proficiently (including Microsoft Excel and specialized software) to organize and manipulate data effectively. • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere strictly to data protection regulations and company policies. Required Skills • Strong typing skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiar with data management software. Qualifications • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred. • Prior experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role is essential, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
