Job Overview We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote position is essential in managing logistics data and ensuring effective operations with our vendors... Key Responsibilities • Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors with precision and timeliness. • Identify and resolve any vendor or local delivery challenges that may arise. • Proactively communicate with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as required. • Escalate complex problems to supervisors for resolution when necessary. • Collaborate with various teams to rectify inaccurate merchant data and ensure consistency. • Collect item-level data from merchants and align it with internal item numbers and descriptions. Required Skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members. • Proficiency in logistics management software. • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on effective resolution. • Capability to work collaboratively with different teams. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Previous experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management is advantageous.
