As the Technical Customer Support , you will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: ?? Collaborating with the customer support team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. ?? Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. ?? Seeking ways to optimise our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapt based on feedback. ?? Understanding customer pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies. ?? Working with other team members to enhance our overall customer service. Working Hours ?: Working hours during initial onboarding and training will be between 9am-4pm CEST. Hereafter, regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday. To excel in this role, you need to have: ? 2–4 years of Customer Service experience. ? Strong English skills for clear and effective communication. ? Technical proficiency. ? Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets. ? Familiar with the Zendesk support platform. As the Ideal Candidate, you should be: ? Excellent communicator. ? Empathetic. ? Eager to learn. ?
