Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned) Equipment Provided and shipped directly. Start Date: November 2024 MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound to the providers, insurance companies, patients regarding medical benefits. Provide accurate information on medical services and procedures. Verify patient information and insurance details. Maintain confidential patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines. Assist with follow-up communications and reminders. Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required). Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Adhere to all required KPI's.
