Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer II (C2) in the Install Team, where you'll have the opportunity to travel extensively, troubleshoot hardware, and solve complex problems. You'll be a crucial part of our global customer support network, ensuring the efficient operation of Applied Materials equipment worldwide... Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist senior engineers in installing customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and upgrading equipment. • Test equipment, diagnose technical problems, and resolve issues according to established procedures. • Complete required job documentation, safety training, and procedures for processing parts. • Professionally represent Applied Materials to the customer, prioritizing customer satisfaction. • Adhere to company and customer on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and COVID-19 guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: • Education: Associate's Degree • Experience: 2 - 4 Years • Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics. • Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills. • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics. • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
