Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant (Onsite Only / No Relocation)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and provide information. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records. • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall satisfaction. • Create invoices in QuickBooks. • Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish (if bilingual). • Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and services. Experience • Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in data entry and office software applications. • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable for effective client interaction. • A background in client services is a plus but not required. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Direct deposit paid weekly, up to $24-$26 an hour depending on experience.
