Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional academic services to students and their families. • Provide on-site training, coaching, and professional development to our tutor team to foster their success. • Oversee the implementation of programs and initiatives in collaboration with school districts. • Efficiently manage class schedules to align with staffing requirements and program objectives. • Monitor and assess student academic progress on both individual and group levels. • Organize meetings with school districts and families to discuss progress, update academic plans, and handle enrollment renewals. • Create a positive communication environment with students and parents, addressing any conflicts with professionalism and care. • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services. Required Skills • Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing detailed records. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtually. • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Adaptability to new situations and eagerness to acquire new skills. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. • 2-3 years of relevant progressive experience. • Experience in virtual operations with large teams is essential. • Willingness and ability to commute to various schools in Los Angeles on a daily basis.
