Work from Home Customer Service Representative

Randstad is currently working with a reputable company in efforts to fill several Work from Home Customer Service positions. Details of these positions are below. Duration: 2 month temporary assignment with potential to be hired on based on performance and... attendance. Shift: Flexibility for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00AM-11:00PM Monday-Sunday Pay: $17.00/hr. ($18.00/hr. for bilingual) Description: • Handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs. • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. • Route calls as needed to appropriate resource. • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers. • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately. salary: $17 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 11 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Qualifications: • 1 year call center experience required • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Dependable and able to adhere to schedule. • Effective problem solving skills. • Effective listening skills. • Customer service orientation. • Attention to details.
