Cloud Support Administrator

Description: • Atmosera is a full lifecycle cloud technology transformation firm. • Seeking a highly motivated Cloud Administrator for Cloud Support Team. • Responsible for overall health and performance of the platform. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in support administration, specifically with Azure Cloud • Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices. • Microsoft Azure Architect (AZ 305) certificate required within 90 days. • Network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing, policy-based routing). • Backup & Recovery: Demonstrated ability to optimize Commvault performance and troubleshoot complex issues. • Hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware). • ITIL best practices for incident and problem management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to clients. • Strong analytical mind with... a focus on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: • Health, vision, dental package including options for 100% paid employee coverage • 401k with generous matching • Company paid Life, AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability • Performance-based compensation with bonus potential in addition to salary • Employee Recognition and Reward Programs • Community Service Leave Apply Job!
