Candidates must have strong office work skills: • Time management • Following verbal instructions • Understanding what a VPN is • How to open desktop applications (Where to go to find them/how to open them) • Understanding how to download documents • Basic functions: Copy/paste • Microsoft TEAMS navigation (Channels vs Chats and Locating Files) • How to screen share (And how to stop) • able to work with dual monitors using multiple applications at one time. • Strong reading skills Computer and comprehension skills will be tested before a job offer is made.
