Responsibilities • Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. • Document customer... interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary. • Gather customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services. • Stay informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Manage customer accounts and ensure proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers. • 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST Apply Job!
