Responsibilities • Manage incoming guest inquiries via live chat and provide prompt, accurate responses. • Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions. • Resolve client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance. • Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback.
