Efficiently resolve client concerns, maintaining accurate account histories and ensuring inquiries are addressed satisfactorily. Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and production benchmarks. Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve inquiries and guide new team members on customer service best practices. Suggest enhancements to workflows and procedures for optimized client inquiry handling. Required Skills At least two years of customer service experience in any field. Proficiency with basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, along with effective written and verbal communication capabilities. Ability to identify and engage the appropriate stakeholders for resolving client inquiries. Qualifications A minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
