Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Active Chat Support representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients via live chat, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information about our construction services, project timelines, and pricing. - Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to our services or website. - Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, promotions, and industry trends. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient support.
