(Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and Holiday Pay) Day work hours 9 AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST Friday. No holidays! No Sundays! Some Saturday overtime available during the Spring season (April through June). Please note, training hours may vary from the regular sales hours. What's expected of me as an Outbound Sales Associate? Were looking for motivated, friendly, coachable & punctual individuals to join our team. You will also receive customer service, outbound sales & agronomic training. We need closers! You must have your own equipment that meets the minimum requirements!
