Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to determine students' needs and eligibility for special education services. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and learning goals. - Provide direct instruction and support services to students via our online platform, ensuring engagement and progress. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to facilitate a cohesive educational experience for students. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress, services provided, and communications. Requirements: - Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field. - Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Special Educator. - Proficiency in using technology for virtual instruction and assessments. - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual environment. - Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
