Solid Commission, open-ended bonus opportunities, progression to become a closer if desired & complete flexible working. Average commission per sale is £165 - 300 which is also recurring. Commission could be substantially more depending on opportunity. 2 sales per week would be a reasonable expectation but we've also had agents sell 7/8 in a week.
