Remote – Outbound Sales Representative We are recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider, who are looking for sales professionals with a minimum of 12 months telesales experience (in one role, within the last 3 years) to join their busy Outbound Sales department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract. Job Role: As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Outbound department, you’ll get in touch with customers to make sure their appliances are protected. Day-to-day, you’ll: • Outbound call to a variety of people which will include existing & lapsed customers to upsell insurance products • Upsell insurance protection to customers whose basic cover is coming to an end • Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first Please note that due to the high volumes of applications we receive, you will only contacted further if you have been successfully shortlisted for the role.
