Responsibilities • Enter and update data into the database accurately and efficiently. • Review and verify source documents for accuracy before entry. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company privacy policies. • Assist in generating reports and extracting data for audits or analyses as needed. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate data entry activities and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits and validation checks. • Stay updated on database management practices and software tools to enhance data entry processes. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members.
