Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Bedding Product Expert Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to provide exceptional support to our valued customers and become an expert on our bedding client's products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. • Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. • Product Expertise: • Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. • Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. • Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions. • Communication: • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. • Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times. • Team Management (If applicable): • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. • Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.
