Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. – Strong understanding of industry best practices and recruitment strategies. – Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. – Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
