Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Beechjet 400 Captains. This home-based position allows you to choose from various major and regional airports as domiciles. The work cycle consists of 8 days on and 6 days off, with flexibility for quarterly bidding to accommodate different schedule variations. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute part 135 passenger flights within the Continental US, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico. • Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, Moser General Operations Manual (GOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Conduct preflight inspections and determine airworthiness for safe operations. • Coordinate with support personnel for through-flight servicing, including FBO, maintenance, scheduling, and fuel coordination. • Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers, conducting safety briefings, and addressing any changes to the itinerary. • Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to Moser Aviation and complete associated paperwork. Core Competencies: • Adaptability • Collaboration • Strives for Positive Results • Service-Oriented • Problem Solving Qualifications: • ATP with multi-engine land rating • 3000 total flight hours, including 2000 Pilot-in-Command, 2000 Multi-Engine, 1500 Multi-Engine PIC, 2000 Turbine, and 250 Instrument • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction • Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation Other Requirements: • Valid State driver's license • Ability to pass TSA background screening and obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges • Physical ability to exert force as needed and work around animals Compensation: The wage range for this position is $96,600 to $226,000.
