ServiceNow Business Process Architect - CSM, FSM

Description: • NewRocket helps enterprise leaders solve business problems and navigate change. • Business Process Architect will lead and mentor Senior Business Analysts. • Facilitate workshops, translating business requirements into outcomes. • Define customer needs, develop proposals and make recommendations. • Collaborate with technical architects to develop project implementation plans. • Oversee development of Senior Business Analysts. • Support PMs in planning and management of projects. • Maintain standards for ServiceNow solutions and enabling technology.
