In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting both the Events & Meeting Services and Donor Relations teams, which are vital in honoring and acknowledging our generous donors and orchestrating exceptional events that reflect our profound gratitude for their contributions. Key Responsibilities • Deliver strategic, data-driven assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams. • Propel continuous enhancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, while leading training sessions and exploring innovative solutions. • Serve as a functional support consultant for event planning, acting as a liaison between donors, vendors, and various stakeholders. • Aid in the coordination of events, developing effective strategies, and ensuring successful execution. • Occasionally provide support for events during evenings or weekends, with adequate advance notice. Required Skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight. • Flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • High level of attention to detail and precision in data-related tasks. • Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines. • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. • Competency in technology and software such as Windows, Word, Excel, etc. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Events, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field is required. • A minimum of three years of experience in data management, event planning, or a related discipline. • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software is preferred (experience with Workfront is advantageous). • A combination of education and experience may be considered as a valid qualification.
