As a remote Customer Care representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries. Your typical day will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and engaging with customers through various online platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Basic proficiency in using computers and customer service software. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. A positive attitude and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. 7. Availability to work at least 15 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails promptly. 2. Provide accurate information regarding American Express products and services. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution. 4. Document customer interactions in the system for future reference. 5. Maintain professionalism and brand representation in all communications. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
