They facilitate communications with management, maintenance service companies (MSC), and vendors... • Troubleshoots equipment, perform carpentry and address plumbing issues. • Installs new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures. • Maintains parts inventory. • Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment • Manages work orders meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA). • Reports on repair work status, schedule, and budget. • Liaises with third party vendors and review their work.
