Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Remote Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software for the Apple TV 3rd Generation remote. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality performance. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain software for the Apple TV 3rd Generation remote. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance. • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a software engineer with a focus on remote control devices or similar technology. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Objective-C, Swift, or C++. • Experience with Apple’s development tools and frameworks, including Xcode and Cocoa Touch. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Experience with Bluetooth communication protocols and hardware integration. • Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration. • Previous experience working on remote control or consumer electronics projects.
