Data Entry Agent (Typist) - Remote | WFH
Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Agent, where you will play a key role in supporting our clients' data enrichment tasks. We value high standards of quality and your contribution to our quality control processes will be essential. What You Will Do... Execute Enrichment Tasks as defined by our clients, following detailed training. Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and coordinate with various state boards for status updates. Ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks. Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Verify client information with third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking. What We're Looking For
Comfort working with both voice and non-voice processes. Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes. Capable of working independently or as an active team member. Comfortable with a work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection. A computer-savvy candidate is preferred.
