As our customers? first point of contact, you?ll be the friendly voice of Apple, answering questions about our products and services and providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries about Apple products and services, providing a complete solution for any technical issues. ? Use your people skills and problem-solving talent to ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries. ? Provide knowledgeable troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, and chat. ? Handle sensitive issues with professionalism and tact. ? Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job knowledge. ? Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Requirements: ? Availability to work during the company?s operating hours. ? Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Proficient with technology and capable of quickly learning new systems. ?
