### Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor

– Assist customers in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges through regular check-ins and strategy sessions

– Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify potential issues and opportunities for growth

– Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience

– Provide feedback to the product team to help enhance our offerings based on customer insights

– Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and best practices

### Experience
