Job Description
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution.
– Follow up to ensure resolution.
– Maintain customer records by updating account information.
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
– A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent required.
– Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
– Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
