Instacart Grocery Shopper and Driver
Job Summary:
Instacart is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grocery Shopper and Driver to join our team. This is a part-time position, requiring less than 4 hours of work each day. The offered salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Job Description:
As an Instacart Grocery Shopper and Driver, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include shopping for customers’ items in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy, and delivering groceries directly to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately shop and deliver orders to customer locations.
2. Help customers with their order details and issues.
3. Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule.
4. Load and unload goods to and from the vehicle.
5. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
Requirements:
1. Valid U.S. drivers license and auto insurance.
2. Must be at least 21 years old.
3. Ability to lift heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to navigate and use a smartphone.
6. Flexible schedule with the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Educational Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related field may be advantageous.
