Job Description:
The Sales Clerk at CVS Health will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering assistance and providing a high level of customer service. The job entails handling customer transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, stocking shelves, and providing general assistance to customers.
Responsibilities:
– Greeting customers and directing them to items or sales associates
– Answering customer questions regarding products or services
– Conducting customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
– Stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
– Assisting with store merchandising and promotional events
– Reporting any customer complaints or issues to the store manager
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Experience:
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
