### Job Description:
As a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be an ambassador of our brand and a cornerstone to our success. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the passenger experience by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating safety in every action, and fostering an atmosphere of warmth and inclusivity.
### Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while aboard flights.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
– Provide food and beverage service, and sell onboard duty-free goods.
– Assist passengers with special needs, and provide support during emergencies.
– Engage with passengers, manage conflicts, and handle any issues that arise during flights.
– Stay current with all flight and safety training and adhere to uniform standards.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
– Must pass a background check and drug screening.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
– Must be able to complete and pass flight attendant training.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
### Experience:
– No previous experience as a Flight Attendant is required.
– Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
