Job Description:

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will handle all incoming calls, greet and direct all visitors, answer inquiries in a positive and professional manner, reflecting the Marriott brand standards.

Responsibilities:

– Welcome guests and visitors, assisting them as needed

– Answer, screen and direct incoming calls

– Maintain the general office filing system

– Deliver excellent customer service, adhering to Marriott’s brand standards

– Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed

– Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform administrative tasks

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Educational Qualifications:

– High School diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory

Experience:

– Prior experience in Customer Service and Office Administration will be considered as an added advantage.
