Job Description

The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering and directing incoming calls, providing information, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

– Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers

– Direct calls to the appropriate person or department

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

– Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services

– Record details of customer interactions and transactions

– Meet or exceed call handling quotas

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Proficiency in using a computer and related software

– Ability to work evening and weekend shifts

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field would be a plus but is not mandatory.

Experience
