Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel.
3. Assist customers in navigating our website and using our services.
4. Provide information about our products and services.
5. Maintain customer records and update account information.
6. Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
3. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
4. Proficiency in using computers and related software.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in business administration, marketing, or related fields would be an advantage.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred. Training will be provided.
