Job Description:
As a Shipt SameDay Delivery Partner, you will provide fast, friendly, and efficient delivery service to our valued customers. You will be picking up orders from local stores and delivering them directly to the customer’s doorstep. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and that all items are handled with care.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up orders from local stores and deliver them to customers homes.
– Ensure orders are handled with care.
– Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
– Ensure all deliveries are made within the required time frame.
– Use the Shipt app to manage delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements:
– Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
– Must have a clean driving record.
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Good time-management skills.
– Ability to navigate and use a smartphone.
Educational Qualifications:
No specific qualifications are required for this position. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in delivery services or customer service is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to succeed in your role.
