As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various customer service roles. Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Educational Qualifications
