Job Title: Bartender (Part-Time) – Miramar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at Marriott International in Miramar. This position offers a competitive hourly wage depending on experience, with a commitment of under 4 hours a day. Job Description:

As a bartender at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing an excellent drinking experience for all our guests. Your role will primarily involve mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. You will be required to interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

– Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.

– Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

– Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

– Proven work experience as a bartender.

– Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.

– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Bartender certification preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
